Technical Information

The steps below will make your Live wedding more enjoyable.

The best connections would be Broadband (cable-modem or DSL). A dial-up connection will work but the screen size will be smaller. If you are dial-up user, go to a internet café or a friends home.

Screen Size

To enjoy the live streaming at it best, set your Display to 800X600.

To do this follows the instructions below.

Changing Your Screen Resolution

To open Display, click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.
1. Open Display in Control Panel.
2. On the Settings tab, under Screen resolution, drag the slider, to set your Display to 800 X 600 and then click Apply.
3. When prompted to apply the settings, click OK. Your screen will turn black for a moment.
4. Once your screen resolution changes, you have 15 seconds to confirm the change. Click Yes to confirm the change;

Windows Media Player

Make sure you have Windows media Player. If not click below. It is Free and you can download it even if you have a Mac.

Make sure you have speakers connected and working.

Checking the Setup

**To change the size of the video, click on the video twice. It will change the screen mode so you can adjust it the desired size.
Check to make sure your computer is working with the player.
